What is the processing time for my order / why hasn't my order shipped yet? 

All Golden Carat are handmade to order, and the processing time is 1-3 weeks at this time. Non-embroidered items are shipped within 1-5 business days, unless they are part of an order that contains apparel items. In that case, the order will have the same 1-3 week processing time window!

Can I cancel my order? 

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at shopgoldencarat@gmail.com within an hour of placing your order. 

Any later than that, and we will not be able to meet cancellation requests. 

Do you offer returns? 

I'm unable to offer returns, however if you experience any issues with your items, do send us an email a shopgoldencarat@gmail.com

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please email the updated address to shopgoldencarat@gmail.com. Please include your name + order number. 

Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. You will need to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

My package was lost/I didn't receive my item?

I'm not responsible for items once they're mailed out, all claims will need to be made through the shipping company using your tracking number.  All orders are shipped with tracking, and you have the option to buy insured shipping at checkout. 

Do you sell at events?

Yes, you'll find me at various kpop events in Charlotte, NC.

Do you offer wholesale?
